Beam 1.7 site discrepancy — engineer to support both sides of wall
Site discrepancy identified due to lack of engineering details for beam size 1.7 (constructed above basement staircase). Engineer (JAS) to support beam on both sides of the wall. Discussed new column locations with Irfan — confirmed. Discussed new beams not part of original scope — identified and clarified with Irfan. Job is correct, no major changes required or any errors at this point.

Site walk with Irfan (client Irfan) on 18 Aug 2026. Identified location of all beams, columns, staircase and other important details. Window 1 (classroom 4) to be reduced in size to provide more storage space. Staircase orientation identified — requires relocation of one existing column to suit the change.

Final structural engineering package received from JAS Engineers: full slab + beams design, all structural details, revised plan (with staircase/slab landing/hall wall changes) finalised. All engineering deliverables complete — JAS Invoice 15CRP15 ($18,672.50) accompanies this delivery. Ready for procurement and construction.
